Event Terms & Conditions

School of Rock is 1hr 49mins long .

Rated PG: Parental Guidance Suggested – some material may not be suitable for children.

 FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT WE ASK YOU TO PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW:

  • Bring something to sit on (blanket or picnic chair)

  • In the event of bad weather the event will go ahead - please check the forecast and come prepared.

  • Please note that it can turn chilly in the evenings, so please make sure you bring suitable clothing.

  • It is recommended that you bring a torch to provide localised lighting.

  • Please respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the site.

  • Please see event signage for the public entrance gates.

  • No naked flames, BBQ’s, gas stoves or candles.

  • No tents, gazebos, parasols or pop-up structures.

  • No dogs or pets (except guide dogs).

  • Please follow Steward instructions, and abide by the designated seating areas.

  • Designated First Aiders will be on site. If you become unwell please contact your nearest Steward.

  • If you wish to smoke, including e-cigarettes, you need to leave the arena, you will be readmitted afterwards, and please be courteous of other audience members.

  • Please place all rubbish into the bins provided or take it away with you.

  • No umbrellas are permitted during the screening (except at management discretion).

  • Please take note of the film certification when purchasing tickets. The film certification is strictly enforced at Ticket Check. ID will be required for those patrons who look under the age of the film certification.

  • The on-site Bar operates a Challenge 25 Policy. If you look under 25 please do not be offended if you are asked for proof of age when you purchase alcohol. Please bring proof of ID to show you are over 18. Please don’t be offended if you are asked for ID.

  • Please note some of the commercial vendors onsite may not accept credit/debit cards so please make sure you have cash if you intend to purchase onsite.

  • Any drinks purchased onsite must be consumed within the event site.

  • Please drink responsibly.

  • Glass is not permitted onsite – please ensure all drinks are in plastic/cans and consumed from plastic drinkware.

  • Please note The Event organisers cannot be held liable or responsible for any damage to vehicles or personnel possessions whilst attending the event.

 

Please note failure to comply with any site rules could result in refused entry or immediate removal from the event.

REFUND POLICY

Tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded once purchased other than for the reasons set out in these terms and conditions. 

  • (a) No refund except in the case of event cancellation by the organisers.

  • (b) In the case of cancellation and subsequent request for a refund, please contact us via the event website. 

  • (c) If a refund is applicable it will usually be paid, using the same method you used to buy the tickets, within 30 days of the original date of the event.

  • (d) Please note that the Booking Fee and any Transaction Fees are not refundable in these circumstances.

  • (e) Please check that the event is going ahead at the scheduled date, time and venue.

  • (f) The event organisers are not responsible for any resulting costs you may incur for travel, accommodation, any other related goods or service or other compensation
